Consultation
In practice
At an initial consultation, or if you change your mutual insurance company, please come, before the consultation and not later than 1700, to the consultations desk at the patients admission point on the ground floor. Bring your identity papers and SIS card.
At the consultations desk, our staff will ask you for your identity document. Please have it ready. Without this document, you cannot be admitted for the consultation, so please remember to bring it.
You are reminded that all consultations are by appointment. In an emergency, please contact the emergencies department on 02 764 11 11.
Thank you for keeping to the consultation date and time given, and for bearing with the administrative procedures. If you cannot come, please advise us immediately.
Making an appointment
You can make an appointment direct with our various consultation sections between 0800 and 1730 Monday to Friday. To avoid unnecessary waiting, we would recommend that you contact us during the quiet time of 1500-1730, except in emergencies.
